It is prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

- Programme enrolment and participation records: Up to 7 years following completion of the programme, in accordance with standard business record-keeping requirements.
- Payment and transaction records: Up to 7 years, in line with financial record obligations.
- Marketing preferences: Until you withdraw consent or request removal.
When your data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
9. Your Rights Under the PDPA
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
